Shipping and Returns

Some tips on shipping and returns to help our customers based on your experiences. Happy ordering!


  • Shipping is free on all orders above Rs.1500. To avail this the option of FREE SHIPPING must be selected at checkout. Please ensure you select this to avoid excess charges. If you forget you can email us on to get this corrected prior to dispatch
  • All orders below Rs.1500 will be charged delivery based on the number of items being ordered and their respective weight:
    • Light Weight Items (T-Shirts, Shorts, Henleys etc.) @ Rs.75 / item
    • Medium Weight Items (Polos, Sweatshirts etc.) @ Rs.125 / item
    • Heavy Weight Items (Hoodies, Jeans etc.) @ Rs175 / item
  • This will allow customers to be more flexible when ordering fewer items. Free delivery will apply for all orders above Rs.1500 provided the option is selected at checkout.
  • Delivery is via TCS and normally takes 1-3 working days depending on location. We try our best to dispatch as many orders in the evening on the very same day to avoid delays. However in some cases this may not always be possible
  • For the best chance of a same day dispatch we recommend ordering before 2pm Monday to Saturday
  • Bear in mind any orders placed on Sunday will not be shipped before Monday. Similarly orders place after 2pm on Saturday for example are most likely to be shipped on Monday
  • A TCS tracking code will be sent to you either via SMS or by email. The URL to track orders is
  • If for some reason you do not receive the tracking code within 24-48 hours, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with it
  • Please keep your phone on as the rider may try and contact you for directions or to inform you that they have arrived. If you are unavailable, make sure somebody else is home and knows about your order so they can pay and collect on your behalf. If nobody is available, make sure you contact TCS yourself on 111-123-456 quoting your tracking number to inform them to hold the item
  • If multiple delivery attempts fail, your item will be returned to us. We are still charged for the delivery in such situations. If you abuse this you will be asked to bear any additional delivery charges for subsequent orders regardless of the order value
  • In such situations where deliveries are repeatedly failed we will refuse further new orders to such customers


  • If you are unhappy with a product you must inform us first and send the item back to our address at your own cost within 7 days of delivery. The address will be provided to you once you inform us. Such costs will only be reimbursed at our discretion such as in case of a wrong or faulty item being shipped my mistake.
  • Once returned we have the right to inspect that the item is still in good condition. If satisfied you will have the option to either exchange the item or obtain a refund through bank transfer
  • Given the delivery costs involved and the extremely low prices of items on offer we recommend perhaps giving away the unwanted item as a gift to friends and family and simply placing a new order if wanted as this saves time, money and hassle.
  • To avoid such situations at all, if you have any doubt about the items to begin with, we highly recommend carefully reading the invoice/summary email sent to you after you have placed the order to recheck everything. First time customers will be called to confirm orders and have the option of making changes before confirming
  • If you are a regular customer you may not receive a confirmation call. In this case if you wish to make any changes to your order it is recommended that you send us an email ( or message on Facebook Messenger immediately to make changes
